Lonnie L Sears, PhD

Morgan T. Molitor, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Children’s Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from Bellarmine University in Louisville. Morgan is dedicated to promoting patient and family advocacy, enhancing quality of life and creating a collaborative team through strong partnerships with the patient, family and care team. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys playing with her dog, reading and being outdoors.

Lauren R. Hayes, Ph.D., is a pediatric psychologist with Norton Children’s Behavioral & Mental Health, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine. She earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Louisville, and her doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Memphis in Tennessee. Dr. Hayes completed a residency in clinical health psychology at Augusta University-Medical College of Georgia and Charlie Norwood Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia, and a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology psychology at Norton Children’s Cancer Institute, affiliated with the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Hayes’ clinical focus is providing brief assessment and intervention to children diagnosed with blood disorders or cancer and their families. She helps children and families cope with emotions related to medical diagnoses and treatment, use nonpharmacological strategies to manage side effects of treatment, and engage in healthy lifestyle behaviors. Dr. Hayes' goal as a psychologist is to provide care that honors patients and families’ values and supports them in moving through difficult diagnoses and treatments. In her spare time, Dr. Hayes enjoys being with her friends and family. She likes spending Saturday mornings at the local farmers market with her husband and golden retriever and getting to the lake whenever she can.

Morgan L. Daffin, Psy.D., is a pediatric psychologist with Norton Children’s Behavioral & Mental Health, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, providing outpatient therapy services. In her current position, Dr. Daffin works with youth who have a variety of medical conditions and chronic pain conditions to help improve their functioning and coping. She also provides supervision to doctoral trainees, interns and fellows across inpatient and outpatient settings.
