St. Marys Manor is a 40-bed Medicaid-certified nursing facility located in St. Marys, Kan., and is a division of Community Health Care Systems, a rural health care system. It offers a wide variety of health care services and facilities, including transportation, on-site rehabilitation program, adult day care services and retirement apartments.
