Dr. Tara Debikey graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 cum laude with a BS in Chemistry. As an undergraduate, she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and the Gamma Sigma Epsilon Chemistry Honorary Society. In 2001, Dr. Debikey graduated from the University of Florida School of Medicine. S he subsequently went on to complete her residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Royal Oak, Michigan, in 2005. She received the Society for Laparoendoscopic Surgeons' resident achievement award for laparoscopic surgery. Her spouse, Dr. Daniel Debikey, is from Speedway, Indiana, and they chose to settle in Indianapolis. She has been working with Obstetrics and Gynecology of Indiana as a Board Certified OB/GYN since moving from Michigan. She is also a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has received the Castle Connolly Top Doctors Award in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, the Patient's Choice Award 2008-2009 and 2011-2013, and the Compassionate Doctor Recognition 2011-2013. Dr. Debikey enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, and travel.

Dr. Scott Bowers graduated from Purdue University in 1989 with a B.S. in Neurobiology and Animal Physiology. In 1993, Dr. Bowers graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and then completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Vincent Hospital in 1997. He is a Board Certified specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG). Dr. Bowers works closely with the family medicine residents at St. Francis Hospital and has twice received their annual teaching award. He is married with two children and has a cat named Twister. Dr. Bowers enjoys reading, gardening, and is an avid outdoorsman. He is accepting new obstetrics and gynecology patients at the South location.
