History

I am licensed to practice in Indiana, and in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana Federal Courts. I was an officer in the United States Army National Guard for 21 years. I was the base operations prosecuting attorney, legal assistance, and claims counsel at Bagram Air Base with the 10th Mountain Division from February 2006 through March 2017. Upon retirement from the Indiana Army National Guard in 2017 I was the Staff Judge Advocate at Camp Atterbury. Most of my practice is dedicated to family law (including divorces, custody matters, support issues, pre-nuptial agreements and adoptions) as well as criminal defense. I also provide legal services in general civil practice, including contracts, torts, and civil rights.
