I regularly handle cases involving both felonies and misdemeanors. My committment is to make sure your rights are actively protected and not compromised through expediency, emotion, or ignorance. I am licensed to handle cases in every county in Indiana and have practiced in Hendricks county for over thirty years. I handle each case personally from start to end; you are never handed off to someone who does not know know your case and you as well as I do. When requested, I also handle bankruptcy filings and personal injury claims for my clients with the same personal attention.

HistoryI am licensed to practice in Indiana, and in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana Federal Courts. I was an officer in the United States Army National Guard for 21 years. I was the base operations prosecuting attorney, legal assistance, and claims counsel at Bagram Air Base with the 10th Mountain Division from February 2006 through March 2017. Upon retirement from the Indiana Army National Guard in 2017 I was the Staff Judge Advocate at Camp Atterbury. Most of my practice is dedicated to family law (including divorces, custody matters, support issues, pre-nuptial agreements and adoptions) as well as criminal defense.
