Yoga therapy with Lorie was amazing! She gave me my range of motion back after a couple of years of severe restriction through massage and stretching which blew me away. Very caring and supportive!

Absolutely the best place in Brownsburg for Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Massage. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. Absolutely love working out here!
