Caroline M Cianfrocco, NP

Allison Pickett, WHNPBC, MSN, RN, earned her master’s in nursing from Indiana University and bachelor’s in nursing from Auburn University. She has been a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner since 2005 and previously worked as an OB nurse at Community Hospital North. She enjoys helping patients throughout their lives, particularly with adolescent and menopausal care, contraception, fertility care, vaginal health, and pessary management. Away from her practice, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, swimming, hiking, reading and listening to music.

Sarah Poehlein, FNP-C, earned her master’s in nursing and health systems leadership from University of Indianapolis, along with a post-master’s FNP certificate. She has worked more than 20 years in women’s health, including in labor and delivery and postpartum care, as a women’s health educator, and as a nurse practitioner. She enjoys caring for patients in all stages of life, including adolescent and teen care, as well as perimenopause and menopause care. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) through the Menopause Society. She focuses on prevention, screening and management of gynecological concerns, as well as contraception (Nexplanon/IUD), endometrial biopsy, hormone therapy and vaginal health. She is a lifelong fan of the Detroit Lions and Tigers as well as the Boston Celtics. She enjoys spending time with family, is an amateur foodie, and has three children, two of which have played college volleyball.

Rachel Riley, MD, received an undergraduate degree in biological sciences from Mississippi College (Clinton). She received her medical degree from University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, and also completed her ob/gyn residency there. She has a special interest in adolescent gynecology, vaginal and minimally-invasive surgery, and routine and high-risk obstetrics. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, working out, playing with her two dogs, and spending time with her husband and family.
