Dr. Keith Schroeder is an accomplished board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in knee revision and joint reconstruction and shoulder conditions. He is the founder of Barrington Orthopedic Specialists.Patients have described Dr. Schroeder as a compassionate physician who addresses all your questions and concerns. His knowledge, skills, and demeanor have earned him the admiration of his peers, countless patients and their families. Dr.Schroeder focuses on restoring patients to their optimal functional ability as quickly as possible.Dr. Schroeder has been the Team Physician for Schaumburg High School since 1980. When hes not working, Dr. Schroeder enjoys sailing, fishing, skiing, motorcycle riding, and spending time with family.

Dr. Brett Schiffman is a board-eligible, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Dr. Schiffman has advanced training in hand and microsurgery with expertise in upper extremity trauma and complex fractures, work and sports-related injuries, degenerative and arthritic conditions, as well as nerve and vascular conditions. He has published on topics including complex elbow and forearm trauma, elbow instability, elbow MRI utilization, bone healing, and vitamin D metabolism. He joined Barrington Orthopedic Specialists in September 2021. He enjoys taking the time to get to know his patients and ensuring that they are informed about their condition in order to decide what treatment is best for them. He focuses on restoring his patients to their optimal functional abilities.
