The Urban Health Program (UHP) at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) enhances representation in health sciences by recruiting, retaining, and graduating students from communities historically underrepresented in the healthcare system. Aligned with UIC's values of access, excellence, and service, UHP aims to create a healthcare workforce that reflects the diverse communities it serves.

Established in 1940, Junior Achievement of Chicago is one of the world s largest nonprofit economics education organizations. It serves approximately 340,000 students annually. The organization undertakes programs for students of K-12 about entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy. In addition, it undertakes various other programs that include elementary school, middle grades and high school programs. It also offers various success skills assessment scoring and global education programs.
