Horrible process to return for Amazon. Amazon should no longer use UPS. Whole Foods and Amazon are amazing. UPS store is like a 3rd world country experience. Amazon- take the business elsewhere....

I have a corporate account number and the UPS OWNER DIDNT WANT TO CREATE A LABEL for me. I called FEDEX and said I had my corporate account number and they said they would create a label for me :).
