Charged me double ($34) for something that usually costs $13-18 to send. Manager assured me the price was correct for a plastic mailer measuring 9x6x1 and contents weighing less then one pound....

Returning clothes you bought online isn't usually greeted with smiles and a genuine attempt to help. But the employees at this UPS Store were so nice and personable. Hooray!

Whenever I come to the store, this lovely young lady named AJ is always very helpful and polite. Can't say enough about her. UPS make her a district manager.
