Roberto Pabalate, MD

Ha Cho, MD, is an internal medicine physician. He earned a bachelor of science degree from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, and a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. He completed a residency and internship in internal medicine at the University of Illinois Chicago. Dr. Cho is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Pooja Sheth-Dutt, MD, is a family medicine physician. She earned a medical degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine. She completed a residency at SIU Center for Family and Community Medicine in Springfield, where she was twice named Resident of the Year.

Dr. Maryam Qureshi completed her family medicine residency at Southern Illinois University, Family Medicine Residency Program, Decatur, IL, in 2009. She completed medical school at the University of Punjab/Rawalpindi Medical College, Pakistan, in 2004. Dr. Qureshi is located in Suite 145D.
