Erin Noblitt, APRN, completed her F.N.P., St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing, Peoria, IL in 2017 and her M.S.N., Clinical Nurse Leader from Millikin University, Decatur, IL in 2013. She completed her B.S.N. from Millikin University, Decatur, IL in 2013 and her Bachelors of Social Work, Millikin University, Decatur, IL in 2003. Pooja Sheth-Dutt, MD, is a family medicine physician. She earned a medical degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine. She completed a residency at SIU Center for Family and Community Medicine in Springfield, where she was twice named Resident of the Year.

Amy Smith, PAC, completed her Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University, Glendale, AZ in 2012 and her B.S., Psychology, from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL in 2010. Amy holds certifications from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and Basic Life Support.
