Specialties

We are the first fast-casual restaurant in Chicago to offer the QuesaBirria! A QuesaBirria is a corn tortilla stuffed with our house made fillings and cheese, then dipped in the braising liquid and cooked till crispy and cheesy! You then take the QuesaBirria and dunk it into the rich, chile-tinged beef broth, or consomme, and eat! It is as delicious as it sounds!
