Sometimes it's hard to find value at upscale and nice restaurants in Chicago. Either the food is good, but too expensive or the portions are just too small. Taste 222 draws that fine line...

Stopped here before a dinner reservation with a friend to grab a cocktail. I was tempted to try something off their happy hour menu but I didn't want to spoil my dinner. I really like the vibe...

The deviled eggs and empanadas were delectable and delicious. Service was very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. Would visit again.
