Skyline serves approximately 140 disabled adults. People accepted into Skyline s program must be at least 16 years old. The organization derives its income from contract work received from local and out-of-state industry. Located in Clinton, Iowa, Skyline Center s funds for each program participant are provided by the funding sponsor and from United Way contributions, Clinton County, the state of Iowa and federal monies.
