Hannah Hanebrink, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees infants two years and older, teens and adult patients. She provides preventive care such as annual wellness exams, school and sports physicals, vaccinations, and health screenings. She also manages acute and chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, minor injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and sprains and strains. Hannah provides patients with additional support through the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP), a lifestyle intervention and weight management program. Dana Grosch, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, vaccinations, men’s health, pre-employment exams and school and sports physicals. Dana manages minor illnesses and injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and acute and chronic conditions, including asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety, COPD, depression, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, thyroid disease and tobacco use. She also treats minor skin conditions, provides gynecological care and prescribes weight management medications. This practice is a part of BJC Medical Group of Illinois.

Jared Schiefer, PA-C, is a board-certified family medicine physician assistant who sees patients ages 4 and above, including children, adults and seniors. He provides preventive care such as annual wellness exams, school and sports physicals, vaccinations, and health screenings. He manages acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, mental health issues, thyroid problems, arthritis, headaches, and sports injuries. Jared treats each patient as if they are his only patient. He listens carefully and offers education to support shared decision-making about treatment options.
