Hannah Hanebrink, FNP

Kristen N. Massey, FNP, is a certified family nurse practitioner. She sees patients of all ages for various primary care needs, including annual wellness exams, well-woman visits, general pediatrics exams, school and sports physicals, vaccines, weight management medications, colds, and flu treatment. She also provides care for chronic illnesses, including hypertension, diabetes, allergies, and asthma. Dana Grosch, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, vaccinations, men’s health, pre-employment exams and school and sports physicals. Dana manages minor illnesses and injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and acute and chronic conditions, including asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety, COPD, depression, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, thyroid disease and tobacco use. Jared Schiefer, PA-C, is a board-certified family medicine physician assistant who sees patients ages 4 and above, including children, adults and seniors. He provides preventive care such as annual wellness exams, school and sports physicals, vaccinations, and health screenings. He manages acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, mental health issues, thyroid problems, arthritis, headaches, and sports injuries. Jared treats each patient as if they are his only patient. He listens carefully and offers education to support shared decision-making about treatment options.
