Jeffrey Ackerman, MD

Fellowship-trained in complex primary and revision hip and knee replacement, Jeffrey Ackerman, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee reconstruction and hip preservation. He performs minimally invasive anterior and posterior hip replacements and is among the few trained in both hip arthroscopy and open pelvic osteotomy. Dr. Ackerman treats adolescents, young adults, and athletes with hip disorders such as labral tears, impingement, dysplasia, avascular necrosis, and pediatric hip conditions.
