Located in DeKalb, Ill., the DeKalb County Rehab & Nursing Center has been operational since 1853 and is one of the oldest and largest health care providers in DeKalb County, Ill. It is a skilled nursing center that maintains more than 190 beds and its resident rooms feature private bathrooms and space for sitting and socializing.
