The Visiting Nurse Association offers a variety of home care services. Its staff includes several nurses, home health aides, medical social workers, mental health specialists and dieticians. The association also employs physical, speech and occupational therapists. The Visiting Nurse Association, with a location in Clinton, Iowa, operates various offices in other parts of the state. It is an affiliate of Genesis Health System, which offers services in several fields, such as behavioral medicine, cardiology, neuroscience, occupational health and rehabilitation. The system also organizes several educational seminars, screening sessions and health events. Additionally, it provides an electronic newsletter that features information on research initiatives and medical procedures.

Maple Crest Care Center is an 86-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility, specializing in providing a full spectrum of care, including temporary respite and short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term skilled nursing services. Based in Belvidere, Ill. the center has been serving people across the Boone, Winnebago and McHenry counties for over 35 years. The facility offers a wide range of rehabilitation services for residents and patients recovering from injuries, illnesses and disorders, such as cardiac disease, stroke, pulmonary problems, joint replacement and orthopedic conditions. In addition, Maple Crest Care Center provides a range of specialty programs and services, such as IV therapies, neuromuscular re-education, nutritional management and respiratory therapy.
