Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn't care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Take a chance with me, you never know how perfect something could turn out to be. My classes are a full body workout, focusing on breath work, and quieting the mind. Anyone and everyone can come.
