I ordered a bagel with cream cheese this morning. The most awful bagel I have ever received. Barely any cream cheese. Bagel was burnt, looked like a child spread the cream cheese, inedible.

They take entirely too long even if you put in for a mobile order 10mins away. They ignore the customers in the lobby ESPECIALLY if you are black. Done going here they make me late every time for...

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! This Dunkin has an entrance that is DANGEROUS!!! The snow plows push all the snow into the entrance and make it very difficult to pull in and out. I got stuck on the curb...

Where's Dunkin donuts ever to go to in Waukegan I just ordered an Iced latte and I don't know what I got it taste horrible we'll never go back to that 1 again it was a mistake
