Good service. Coffee is hot and fresh; donuts are good. The drive-thru is a trainwreck, as it's in the corner of a parking lot near an entrance/exit. Holy traffic nightmare. Just park your car...

maybe don't rush your customers when they're trying to pay. drink was ok. employee rushing me to grab a drink and straw when she'd just handed me back the card

The service was fast and accurate. Coffee was great and the croissant sandwich was perfect with just the right amount of toasting!

MANAGER charges you for ice. ‼ that's how you know it's waukegan, Illinois - with the economy that's been going to **** if you're visiting the area or live here, i recommend GURNEE or LAKE...
