As a CDC Certified Divorce Coach, I guide moms to, through and beyond divorce, using creative exercises, thoughtful questions, outside-the-box problem solving, field-tested advice, laughing and even a bit of cussing. I specialize in: * Radical self-care to put mom at the top of her own priority list * Creating rituals and routines to help kids transition * Clear, concise and calm communication with the ex, attorney, family and friends * Building a roadmap to a bigger, happier, healthier life.
