This place is located in a nice neighborhood. Great place to just hang out. It is quiet so that you can do what you need to do.

Founded in 1962, Carol Stream Public Library is located in Carol Stream, Ill. I thought this library was great UNTIL I visited Palatine's (see my review there to see what's so great). CS library is laid out like a traditional library and it's not that easy to find things...

Carol Stream Library offers the least amount of service while charging significantly more than the surrounding libraries. Their fees are 250 percent greater than the surrounding library's fees....
