This branch seems very prejudice, Ive never had a hard time cashing my check at any other branch. This experience was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. I will not be returning.

I never had any trouble with any other BOA location except this one. I have been with BOA for more than 10 years now. Today, I came in for certified check which I needed for passport application....
