I mostly use the drive up at this location. When they first opened, the tellers were a little too much in the sales routine. They were pushing accounts and surveys every time I drove up. Not good...

Worst customer service. Holding phone more than 50 minutes. Representative completely not knowledgeable. When I asked him to transfer phone to his supervisor he disconnected. Very disappointed....

I was trying to open an account with this institution, they requested proof of address verification. I submitted my bank statement which according to them is an acceptable form of verification....

This is the best bank ever! Best branch ever, for that matter. Manager is one hell of a guy too.
