I've been a customer of BOA for many years. The main gripe I have with this establishment is they are always understaffed. You will wait in line for a minimum of 1/2 hour in order to see a teller....

This location is terrible. The teller was extremely disrespectful. Lines were unnecessarily long. Then the teller tells me not to blaspheme. I don't think she understood what that word meant...

Waited over 2 hrs to even be seen yet ppl walked in no problem and were seen right away.. extremely rude and unprofessional.. the only way to get service around here is if you speak Spanish.. very...
