It has only 1 teller, I typically wait 30-40 minutes just to make a cash deposit. The atm next door ate my money once so I stopped using it.

I considered opening up an account here since this is what I used back in California but service wasn't that great and lines are super long and hours aren't very convenient.

Service is fine Monday through Thursday. Friday is HORRIBLE. Lines are unbelievably long because many employees in Chicago's financial district cash their payroll checks here. Hours are also...
