Located in Litchfield, Ill., Heritage Manor - Litchfield has been serving community since 1962. Its Diet and Nutrition Services offers home-style dining, private family dining and weight loss programs. The center s registered and licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants provide aggressive injury prevention program and aggressive wound therapy. It offers various services, such as housekeeping, laundry, hospice and respite care, transportation and social service. The center s meals on wheels program serves meals to low income families, sponsors a food pantry and adopts needy families at Christmas. It has won the Community Partnership Award and is affiliated with the Dietary Managers Association, Illinois Nursing Home Administrators Association and Illinois Activity Professionals Association.
