Heritage Health

Located in Litchfield, Ill., Heritage Manor - Litchfield has been serving community since 1962. Its Diet and Nutrition Services offers home-style dining, private family dining and weight loss programs. The center s registered and licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants provide aggressive injury prevention program and aggressive wound therapy.
