Stopped by legendary local coffee roasters Evan Brothers. Was pleasantly surprised with waffles under a tent outside with Twisted Kilt Black Iron Grill. His own gluten free recipe was fantastic....

If I lived in Sand Point I'd be a regular. I love cornbread anyway but the light and crispy waffles are a hit with me. Various toppings make selection a tough decision.
