History

We started in a small commercial kitchen in Ponderay, Idaho on February 2, 2016 cooking 3 different dishes. Initially, we only served dinner to those who ordered on Facebook. Now, we have expanded our menu and take in walk-ins. Our menu changes weekly and we've added a website to make ordering more simple. We are constantly serving new dishes and enjoying the culinary disciplines of Indian Cooking.

Specialties

Most customers find their first visit a little out of the ordinary. We are tucked away in a back alley of Sandpoint in a garage converted to a commercial kitchen. We don't have a normal storefront or a normal store. You walk straight into the kitchen where your curry has been cooked. First thing we do is to offer you a complimentary indian snack and a cup of masala chai. Sometimes we even have a few minutes to get to know our customers better. We hope that everyone who comes to the kitchen leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

Pete makes a tasty coconut chicken Indian curry, just spicey enough to not over power the curry. This is worth driving a couple miles from Sandpoint.
