St. Luke's Clinic Lifestyle Medicine provides evidence-based lifestyle interventions to treat and prevent lifestyle-related diseases in a clinical setting. Our team empowers individuals with knowledge and life skills to make effective behavior changes that address the underlying causes of disease. Services Offered include individual medical appointments, shared medical appointments - a physician and a behavioral health provider meet with a small group of patients to encourage questions and sharing of concerns and experiences; providers develop a unique care plan for each patient; health coaching; medically supervised exercise; Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP); group nutrition and cooking classes; individual nutrition consults.

Kyle Davis, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in clinical health psychology and behavioral sleep medicine, including cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. He has specialized training in mood and sleep disorders, chronic pain, weight management, and in primary care mental health integration. Kyle earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Oklahoma State University and his PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
