Experienced in culinary fine dining my whole career, I wanted to bring and create island flavors to Peruvian cuisine.

Omg so good. We got the anticuchos, which is beef skewers. The sauce was amazing, beef was tender, and everything was super flavorful. We wish this food truck well!
