Rude, Rude and Rude. I actually ask my self why people (Gov't) hire people who don't care about their job. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Their job is to help assist you when you need...

I rescind all previous compliments and feedback. Upon closer inspection, this place is run by some low down, dirty people. The grants they're in charge of distributing are not properly given....

1 star for the 1 or 2 (a stretch) civil people there. If you want/need help/services/ information, etc: don't go here. They act like a clique of entitled superiors of some sort. Why? FYI...
