SafeHouse provides practical, emotional, and physical assistance to those living in the margins, and help integrate them back into society to lead healthy, functional lives. In 1982, Philip Bray took to the streets to rescue child prostitutes and runaways in Atlanta, Ga. Inspired by his own experiences ; he wanted to reach those who the church considered unreachable.
