History
Alee was twelve when she took her first yoga class, and she fell instantly in love. She continued her practice for over a decade before receiving basic teacher training in New York City. When she returned to Columbus (for the first time), she began teaching yoga at her mother's dance studio to friends and family. Then one day, Ben came in for a class, and he, too, fell in love with yoga. But he also fell in love with his instructor. Ben encouraged Alee's development as a yoga teacher, and she eventually acquired her 200-hour certification from the White Lotus Foundation in 2011. But it wasn't until the two took a four-month trip to Southeast Asia that their vision for their future yoga studio truly began to coalesce. After settling back in Columbus in 2013, the two opened River Flow Yoga and Wellness. It has been an amazing journey so far, but there is much more to come!

Visiting from out of town. Joined the 14 day's for $40. Been a great experience. Excellent teachers (Toni is awesome), welcoming staff, and comfortable environment. Highly recommend.
