Providing great quality Cuban food has always been a tradition for the Rosales family. It all began in the early 70s when Luciano Rosales and his family immigrated to the United States. Luciano worked his way up at many Cuban restaurants and Spanish restaurants in the Miami area. In 1985 Luciano opened his first Cuban restaurant in Hollywood, Florida. He enjoyed many years of success at this restaurant but wanted a change. Seeing the opportunity to bring the tastes of Cuba and Latin American cuisine to everyone, they moved to Alpharetta in 2006 and opened Mambos Cafe.
