love this place ... nice location an friendly waitstaff ...they have outdoor seating , plus again the area is nice , I had broccoli cheddar soup with crunchy bread ! with coffee .... a must try

This is a nice little cafe tucked away in a peaceful little housing community. There are a few tables outside and a few inside. Regardless of where you sit the waitress don't forget you are there....

Maybe on a great day this would live up to the reviews I read. But we ordered take out after a long travel day. Sorry- nothing to write home about.
