Ordered ribeye medium rare, got one burnt around edges cooked on one side medium well salad ok baked potatoe ok Salad had no iceberg lettuce?? Paid top dollar was disappointed

First time there. Never have we had such screwed up service-EVER !!!!! We got entrees before appetizer and salads. Had to constantly ask for bread...drink order was messed up -- reordered...
