Floors and walls were dirty. Soup was not hot. Servers, in general, wore dirty aprons. Chicken Parmesan was rubbery and tasteless, pasta was overcooked with weak sauce. However, Lasagna was good.

I always have a good experience in the Olive Garden. The food is always delicious. The restaurant is always clean.the service is always nice and friendly and quick.
