The Gwinnett County infrastructure system includes more than 2,600 miles of road, nearly 580 signalized intersections, thousands of miles of traffic striping and one of the busiest airports in Georgia. The Gwinnett County Department of Transportation performs its mission with more than 170 full-time personnel and an annual operating budget of approximately $24 million.
