John Day, MD

Dr. Nicolas Bonnaig is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at Pinnacle Orthopaedics, fellowship trained in sports medicine. His specialties include shoulder and knee care, arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery, fracture care, and total/reverse total shoulder replacements. He sees patients at the Marietta and East Cobb locations. Dr. Bonnaig has served as a team physician for professional and collegiate teams, including Kennesaw State University. He is also a board examiner for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has contributed to research and education in sports-related injuries.

Trevor T. Starnes, M.D., Ph.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at Pinnacle Orthopaedics, fellowship-trained in wrist and hand. His specialties include general orthopaedic surgery with an emphasis on hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder surgery. Dr. Starnes practices at Pinnacle Orthopaedics' Marietta, Canton, East Cobb, and Woodstock locations. He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a Medical Degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University of Virginia and a Hand Fellowship at the Curtis National Hand Center.

Dr. Michael G. Hull is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at Pinnacle Orthopaedics, fellowship trained in foot and ankle reconstruction. His expertise includes ankle replacement, complex hind-foot deformity reconstruction, foot and ankle arthroscopy, and sports-related injuries. Dr. Hull sees patients at Pinnacle’s East Cobb, Marietta, and Woodstock locations.
