Michael G. Hull, MD

John Day, M.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at Pinnacle Orthopaedics specializing in general orthopaedics, sports medicine, and total joint replacement. He has expertise in joint replacement surgery, arthroscopic procedures, and fracture care. Dr. Day treats patients at Pinnacle’s Marietta and East Cobb locations and serves as the practice’s president. He is also a team physician for several local high schools and active in community sports.

Dr. Nicolas Bonnaig is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at Pinnacle Orthopaedics, fellowship trained in sports medicine. His specialties include shoulder and knee care, arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery, fracture care, and total/reverse total shoulder replacements. Trevor T. Starnes, M.D., Ph.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at Pinnacle Orthopaedics, fellowship-trained in wrist and hand. Dr. Starnes practices at Pinnacle Orthopaedics' Marietta, Canton, East Cobb, and Woodstock locations. He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a Medical Degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University of Virginia and a Hand Fellowship at the Curtis National Hand Center.
