I have been personal training and working with athletes for over 8 years. I moved to the USA from Australia in 2012 and brought with me my diverse experience and passion for personal training and strength and conditioning. I moved to Atlanta from Louisville this year and created Function Fit, LLC with the desire to help as many people as I can reach their personal fitness, health and wellness goals.
