HistoryMy passion for Holistic Health began in my high school years when I was first exposed to Eastern Medicine. I became an avid learner in the nutritional theories, fitness, lifestyle, and spiritual practices of other cultures all over the world. Along my Holistic Health Journey, I also developed a passion for understanding and supporting others with emotional, social, and behavioral disorders. I spent 11+ years working within the related fields of behavior, specializing in anger management, anxiety & depression, socialization, and self-regulation. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, teens, and adults, from nearly all walks of life, and with all sorts of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I later received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge and experience, I opened my own business to support individual clients, in January 2015.SpecialtiesAs a Certified Health Coach, I partner with you using both Eastern and Western approaches to help you reach your personal-spiritual goals.
