HistoryJessicahealthcoach has been a business in the making for most of my adult life. I have gone through the weight loss and lifestyle change process myself and I am very passionate about helping others live the life that they are meant to live. When I graduated high school I weighed over 210 pounds and for the last 7 or 8 years I have been down in the 130's and maintaining it. I earned my nutrition certifications from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Venice Nutrition. I am a certified Transformational Master Coach through Holistic MBA and IIN. I love working with people and showing them that having a healthy lifestyle can be a lot of fun! I am also an ACE certified personal trainer and teach group fitness classes.
