History
I have been teaching yoga for many years and realized I was not moving toward my dream of owning a studio and creating community. So I decided it was time to go for it and on June 1, 2015 I opened the doors to 2MPower Yoga.
Specialties
We are a Baptiste Affiliate Studio. Our classes are suitable for all levels of practice. This powerful, energetic, and playful style of yoga links physical postures to breath and focuses on presence and quieting of the mind. The intention of Baptiste Yoga is to ground you into your physical body and empower you to explore what is possible within yourself.

This is exactly what I was looking for. The basic class led by Robin was perfect for a beginner or someone just getting back into Yoga. The studio was inviting, friendly, and clean! Thank you 2MPower!
